Unlike dieting where you dive right into restriction and deprivation, Love Yourself Lighter is divided into eight sections that build upon each other to create a foundation for permanent change. During this eight-week coaching journey you will receive:

A copy of Love Yourself Lighter: How to End Your Weight Struggle by Changing the Way You Think.

This book is the foundation of the coaching program. You will be invited to read one section each week so that you will fully comprehend the process. Don’t worry—most of the chapters are very short and easy to read! You will begin to see yourself in a whole new way as you move through the chapters in the book.

A Pre-coaching Treasure Map questionnaire.

Whenever you embark on a journey, having a map is always helpful. Completing the questionnaire is the first step in understanding your current mindset and your answers will help me customize your journey to your specific coaching needs.

Eight (8) one hour coaching sessions.
(one session per week for eight consecutive weeks)

Why is the investment of this length of time so important?
Because it takes time to truly understand—and unwind—the belief system that is causing you to overeat. With this unique approach, we will be working on your mind so that you can set yourself up with a strong foundation to create a peaceful relationship with food that lasts. After each session, you will receive an outline of the session highlights for review and reflection.

Why is email coaching an important part of this journey?
You eat every day and you think thoughts that drive your behavior every day. Through email, I am there to support you as you practice your new habits; and if you happen to be sabotaging yourself, I can help you figure out why and we can work together to stop it.

A Daily Treasure Map template.

Every day on your journey is an opportunity to evolve into who you want to be and how you want to live. The Daily Treasure Map is one of the most effective tools you can use, as it is the place where you will evaluate your current actions and make daily alterations when needed to point yourself in the right direction. It is also the place where you will maintain your connection with me, your coach, throughout your journey.

A deeper dive into the weekly Self-Love Practices.

The homework at the end of each section has been specifically designed to help you embody the ideas and lessons you’ve learned in the book, so that you can finally put an end to your struggles with emotional overeating. Readers will get great value out of the Self-Love Practices, but the advantage you have with your coaching package is that you have me to review your answers to the Inner Wisdom Access Questions and ask you further coaching questions to take your awareness to the next level. The more awareness and understanding you have of your mind, the better!

I may not be the right coach for you if:

  • You are looking for a quick-fix solution or are wanting someone to give you a diet & exercise plan to follow.
  • You’re overly focused on weighing a certain number on the scale.
  • You are unwilling to explore your mind or feel your feelings.
  • You believe that just signing up for coaching is enough to change, but aren’t willing to follow the program.
  • You are currently experiencing clinical depression or are living with an eating disorder.  Note: These medical conditions are beyond my scope of practice as a coach.
